#122. Make Pheasant at Home.

My dad recently bestowed Josh and I with some pheasant breasts after a recent South Dakota hunting trip. Neither Josh nor I had ever prepared pheasant, but we braved the polar vortex, dusted the snow off our grill and fired theses babies up. We simply covered them in this and threw them on the grill for a few minutes.It was delicious and easy. Thanks for the birds, Pops!
